- 24/7 Dispatch Services for carriers, fleets, and owner-operators.
- FMCSA/DOT compliance assistance.
- Back-office support (load booking, billing, incident reporting).
- Digital business services (websites, IT, branding).
We act only as a support provider. We are not a broker, carrier, or shipper and assume no responsibility for cargo, vehicles, drivers, or third-party actions.
3. Company Policy
3.1 General Conduct
- Operate legally and ethically at all times.
- Provide accurate documents and information.
- Maintain valid insurance and FMCSA/DOT compliance.
- Treat Camion Support Services staff respectfully.
3.2 Payments
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Invoices are due on the stated date.
- Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.
- Clients remain responsible for all overdue balances and associated costs.
3.3 Zero Liability
Camion Support Services is not responsible for delays, cancellations, revenue fluctuations, market downturns, or broker/shipper disputes. Clients assume all business risks related to trucking operations.
4. Terms & Conditions
4.1 Eligibility
- Be 18+ years old.
- Hold active operating authority (MC/DOT).
- Maintain insurance and licensing.
4.2 Limitations of Service
- We do not guarantee load availability or volume.
- No guarantee of specific revenue or profits.
- No guarantee of broker or shipper acceptance.
4.3 Indemnification
Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Camion Support Services, its employees, contractors, and affiliates against any claim, penalty, loss, or damage arising from: client operations, driver conduct, negligence, accidents, regulatory violations, cargo damage, financial losses, or disputes.
4.4 Limitation of Liability
If liability is found despite disclaimers, it is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client to Camion Support Services in the 30 days immediately prior to the claim.
4.5 Termination
- Non-payment.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Illegal or unethical conduct.
- Misuse of services.
All outstanding balances remain payable, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1 Data Collected
- Contact info (name, email, phone).
- Business data (MC/DOT, insurance, licensing).
- Technical data (cookies, IP address, analytics).
5.2 Data Use
- Deliver services.
- Communicate with clients.
- Process billing and payments.

We do not sell or rent client data. Information may be shared with brokers/shippers required for dispatching and legal/regulatory authorities as required.

We employ encryption, restricted access, and industry-standard security. However, no system is 100% secure, and clients assume risks of electronic communication.
5.5 GDPR/CCPA Rights

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
6.1 Confidential Information
Client business information is confidential. Camion Support Services’ internal processes, pricing, and methods are confidential.
6.2 Non-Disclosure
Neither party shall disclose confidential information except as required to perform services or by law.
6.3 Survival
Confidentiality obligations remain enforceable indefinitely, even after termination of services.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds for prepaid services, deposits, or retainers. Client cancellations do not eliminate outstanding balances. Market conditions, dissatisfaction, or unused services are not grounds for refunds.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees. We are not responsible for profitability, compliance results, or operational outcomes. Clients assume all risks related to trucking, compliance, and business performance.
9. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Legal Costs
These Policies are governed by the laws of Montana (MT) and applicable federal laws. All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Montana (MT). Class actions, group lawsuits, and jury trials are expressly waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If a client initiates a lawsuit, arbitration, or claim against Camion Support Services and does not prevail, the client shall be responsible for all court costs, arbitration fees, reasonable attorney’s fees, and any damages, losses, or costs (direct or indirect) caused by the claim.
10. Amendments
We may update these Policies at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Final Disclaimer
Camion Support Services is a support provider only. We assume no liability for client operations, broker/shipper disputes, cargo issues, regulatory violations, or financial outcomes. All services are strictly non-refundable. Clients agree that if they bring a claim or lawsuit against us and do not prevail, they will reimburse us for all attorney’s fees, court costs, arbitration fees, and damages arising from such action.
